VRP-1000 Series of Rotary Tablet Presses are highly efficient for multipurpose uses in industries producing pharmaceutical, herbal, chemical or food products and can turn out to be the very best equipment for mass production of tablets of any possible shape. The gear system and pressing system are completely separate. All contact parts are composed of stainless steel with polished surfaces which have also been sterilized. A great production arena is created by the chamber sealed with organic glass. Continuous lubrications are applied on the friction parts of the machine using lubrication equipment.
The interior and exterior parts of the machine are all manufactured from high grade stainless steel complying with the cGMP Standard code. The tablets can also be engraved as per the recommendations of the clients.
